I'm not a fan of Tesla, but... this seems right? A postal service (even a privately-run one) should not be allowed to discriminate when it comes to delivery, outside of hazardous or illegal items.
That's not what the article says that the court found though. It says that the Transport Agency needs to find another way of delivering the plates. The case was not against the postal service.
Post neutrality is important.

Postal Service shouldn't be allowed to effectively enact or modify government policy! More to the point, Labor Unions shouldn't be using a subverted power of the state to coercively unionize workers against their wishes.

>The owners of PostNord Group are the state of Sweden (60 percent) and the state of Denmark (40 percent).

This doesn't even seem very privately ran.

I would hope for anyone that complains about the USPS and says we should use private companies take things like the private companies just saying 'no' into consideration.

I didn't say it was privately run; I was just making my statement as general as possible.
But it isn't. The workers are striking in solidarity and not delivering anything to tesla.
This isn't about PostNord. This simply let's them pick up the plates themselves until the case has been settled. Also, PostNord hasn't decided to not deliver to T. The workers have.
