A simple RANT on Amazon, but on modern business automation in general

Dear HN-ers, this time is my first RANT here, the more detailed rant is https://kfx.fr/rants/amz_en.html but the point is more broad: procedures can work flawlessly nearly all the time and most managers do care only about the "most of the time", but most is not all the time.

Having procedures on top of humans to the point even their own customer care can't help means on one side a day or another being TFU by their own automation because if it's normal to have brainless procedures and do care only about "most of the time", a day will means find their infra collapsing by some accident and no one know what to do.

IN a free market the market would correct, in the actual neofeudal state of thing, to cite Varoufakis https://unherd.com/2023/09/capitalism-is-dead-long-live-technofeudalism/ such failures means failures for entire States.

End of the RANT with the blown whistle that sooner or later your car, or banks, or smart home will fail you in the same way, and when this will happen you'll be powerless. If you agree about this possibility try to do your best to annihilate this managerial philosophy, witch is actually a nazi philosophy [1] and spread the idea.
