Mine stopped triggering ~40 minutes ago on new commits. I think it might be an unreported outage?

Similar issue. Cant get Terraform Cloud runs going from github commits

I also have automatic deploys on Heroku which aren't being triggered

I think its safe to say webhooks are degraded on the platform.
