Ask HN: Toolchain to Alter Animated Classics

What I'm looking for is toolchain that can take video from an animated classic and produce alternative segments in the same style and voice of the original. I wish to alter Cruella de Vil's character arc, I find its end seriously dissatisfying and the car crash is quite unlikely to have survivors.
