"SFGATE columnist Drew Magary consumed Musk's entire erratic interview so you don't have to"

Right, just read the headline. Do not form your own opinion, and do not do your own due diligence.

I did my due diligence, Elon is off the deep end.
Anyone with a grain of intelligence can see through the objective of writer here.

Watch and asses the video, yourself.

>Your company SpaceX will fail in its doomed mission to make humans a multiplanetary species, and its rockets won’t stop blowing up.

I got to this part, and lost a bit of respect for the author. Reads like a rage piece.

There are no honest people on either side. Musk is a pathological liar and his recent biography makes him look real bad but then you have the left turning themselves into pretzels to try and take down Musk. To someone like me who has followed the Tesla saga since 2013, it is just jaw dropping at the painfully stupid takes. Even left leaning shows that I enjoy watching like Breaking Points, Secular Talk and Majority Report have been caught really stretching the truth to make Musk look bad. That whole Biden EV summit was just clear cut stupidity. Seriously they said with a straight face that "GM led the EV revolution"....the people behind the EV1 debacle....those guys. How can you take them seriously after that?
Does the bio make him look bad? I read it, and have several friends who have read it. It's pretty neutrally written and I don't think it changed anyone's mind about him all that much. The biography seems mostly to have killed the "Elon isn't technical" meme, otherwise it tells us nothing new because he lives his life so publicly anyway.
There's a book called A City On Mars. It pulls together all the reasons why that's not happening anytime soon.

Wow; that interview segment does not make Musk look good at all.
