Ask HN: How do companies handle recruiting through HN?

I would expect to get a deluge of applications after posting a job position on HM.

Considering how hard and messy modern recruitment is, I wonder how the companies posting job openings on HN handle the recruitment.

Is there anyone here involved on the company side willing/able to talk about how you conduct the entire process?
