It is certainly incredible how much effort is spent in making interfaces less accessible than they would have been with less effort, isn't it?

It's like we don't deserve nice things.

But we do! I'm one of those "the old web was better" people and really believe that if we combine the simplicity of the old web, modern browsers and a splash of modern reason (to ditch things like flash), and we have a sweet spot. Web in which lacking accessibility can be addressed by tooling like screen readers, reading mode, enforcing your own custom css, or full text in RSS.

This is an interesting one, because I used to see people making broad-reaching theories on cosmology or world order conspiracies, and they use scientific-like language, joggling words. Most times their method is to pose a bold and broad question and immediately get a simplistic answer. This guy is different, more like a priest or future teller that catches a teenager in the street and talks them into giving money.
