Ask HN: Anyone here can help with Plivo accounts?

I am trying to sign up for a Plivo account as a business but the automated system is just refusing even a simple sign up. I have opened a support ticket where the other side seems to be a LLM and only has one sentence in its vocabulary, "We can't tell you why we won't allow you to sign up".

Is there anyone here that may be able to help?
