archive.is has been serving me a fake Cloudflare captcha to my IP. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

I'm just getting http 502, bad gateway error since a few weeks. I can use direct links with date (e.g. https://archive.ph/2023/http://bbc.com), but otherwise pretty much everything is an error

https://archive.is/ is serving a fake captcha page. Cloudflare hasn't used Google Captcha in years, they have their own in-house captcha https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/products/turnstile/

Yeah, I previously confirmed with a PM at Cloudflare that it was 100% fake.

I’ve had trouble at home for a few months. I looked at the main router at my place and it claims it is set to 8.8.8.8 but when I switched to manual DNS and set DNS to 8.8.8.8 on my tablet it worked right again.

Use a DNS server that passes along EDNS subnet information to archive. 1.1.1.1 does not, and quad9 does not either (I've tested). AdGuard's DNS servers do.

At home I use Cloudflare in general, but using AdGuard Home I send requests for archive sites to AdGuard instead, and I don't get a captcha anymore.
