Ask HN: CLI WireGuard Manager?

i see lots of really beautiful projects to provide a GUI wireguard experience for managing endpoints and configs, but is there a CLI version? something that has at-rest encryption for the configuration? (would git be appropriate?) maybe something that can generate a few quick stats too? i keep thinking of nmcli and NetworkManager but...idk.
