Ask HN: Your simple, reliable GPT(-3.5) business use cases

I am looking for first hand business applications, that are reliably useful to you.

Doesn't matter what it's about. It does not need to be complicated or exciting in the slightest. In fact, I am asking for 3.5 because right now, most use cases that I come up with even GPT 4 struggles with. I am looking for a comprehensive explanation of a task and a gpt powered solution.

This is specifically asking for business cases, because I would like to avoid this Ask HN to revolve around hacky/fun/hobby projects (albeit that would probably be very entertaining). Applying ai to grab some low hanging business fruits is more interesting to me right now.
