Down in Germany too. Official status page does not show any outage.
In my experience, status pages are useless.
This. Outage started 30 minutes ago and the status page is still not updated. Either everyone is asleep at Netflix or the chain of command for this task is too long.
Or the monitoring coverage is lacking.
The status page is finally being updated.
I believe it is a global issue, look like the status page is not yet catching up to the issue

Been giving me the error tvq-pb-101 on my TV when trying to play. Seemed to be working on the Android app, though.
Works on my laptop but not the TV. Seems to be an issue with the TV app.
Maybe more details about the used laptop type access? Through web browser or application? On windows or MacOS ?
Can confirm, streaming through the xbox app give me the same error.

Android app works as described.
