$2k bounty for anyone who can help decode Opus stream

The company I'm helping is using a Chinese manufacturer for their wireless microphone. They said it's "8:1 opus compression" but after reading all the documentation, I had no idea what it means. However, I know what the end audio sound like, I can even get mp3 and pcm format, but it's from a third party app. I'm look for someone to zoom or google meet, and you work with me to figure out a way to decode this data. Doesn't matter if you can help me figure this out in 2 minutes or 2 hours, I'll send you $2k for your help. Thanks for reading :)

Likely the Opus codec, you can decode for free using ffmpeg. Try using the .ogg file name extension
