Template to opt out of 23andMe's arbitration clause and class action waiver (github.com)

Hi all, I'm a longtime "arbitration is evil and you should opt out" proponent. To make things easier for my friends and family, I would regularly pre-write emails or prepare letters for them to opt out of arbitration.

I started putting these into a repository. We have templates for Snapchat, Discord, and Etsy as well.

I have this on GitHub to make it easier to suggest or make changes. I hope this is evil.
