As performance art it's great. Trying to read much more into it is another matter.
Why do these image generators always converge on galaxies?
Could be that it’s really easy to map a random noisy latent into a picture of a galaxy? Prompts like this also usually ask for “more” or “bigger” and I would say a galaxy is one of the bigger things that we can visualise.
This prompted (pun intended) me to think about an interesting psychological effect. I wouldn't have been able to push the AI in that way. In some sense, there's some "humanity" in me that would have stopped ignoring the AI's complaints when it started saying that going beyond is not possible.

It was even a bit cringey for me to read the conversation.

Food for thought, I guess. The way and form in which an AI replies, might influence what some people are able to obtain from it.
