Ask HN: Best way to get Cruise back in San Francisco?

I legit think Cruise & Waymo are better than Lyft or Uber, not just on price but also privacy and personal conversations. Im medium connected to SF “known” people. I think robot taxis are a good experience because they let you talk about anything without worrying about judgement and they always arrive, even if slower. How do I get Cruise reinstated so Waymo does not have a monopoly?
