Social Hackers Wanted in NYC (YC W12)

We bring together people offline, which presents some hard technical problems. It's also ridiculously fun (we're all frequent users of our product, as it should be).

We try to improve social interactions through a combination of technology and insights about human nature - we call this social hacking.

Our long-term goal is to end loneliness.

Both founders are deeply technical and we're looking for a peer with an appreciation for clean code and elegant design.

If you want to start your own company one day this is a great place to learn the ropes. We've done startups before and some of our hires from these previous co's have gone on to start successful companies of their own.

We iterate quickly, write tests, deploy dozens of times a week, use libraries when it makes sense, but aren't afraid to write our own.

We're in New York and take full advantage of it.

We're relatively far along, but generous equity stakes are still available.
