imagine pulling up any website, highlight content, creating a hash and text-selecting tag that anyone with the tag can then locate and you create an adhoc forum, links, etc
it's need to be a browser plugin, but it won't take much to suddenly turn the garbage enshittified web into just like a road map, background music to a second level of interaction.
anyway, the hard part is having to access it via plugin adoption or a custom browser.
