[–] 3cats-in-a-coat 2y ago ↗ It seems this person doesn’t understand the concept of compression. Or the fact it doesn’t have to be entirely lossless for there to be copyright infringement. Is reencoding a Blu-ray to a smaller video and putting it online fair use? No.
