People seem to constantly confuse biometrics.

As your post implies, it should be a username … not a password.

even his example make no sense... if you lose your biometrics/phone, guess what... the new ones should be an exact copy even if you dont provide a file, otherwise it is completely flawed.

If they are able to recover your private keys, you know that E2EE is not being used... or it has a back door (we learnt that a backdoor was usually their solution of choice with Snowden).
