In terms of the other big rule: I defy any self-identified hacker to not find this video insanely interesting.
I'm interested in the content for the same reason as you but was put off by the title. I think it's fine to rewrite bad titles, and doesn't violate the guidelines as long as your aim is to clarify rather than deceive.
