Ask HN: What is your All-Hands Cadence and Agenda?
I'm co-founder and CEO of a 5-year old startup. We're now big enough to justify all-hands' meetings to keep the team aligned on goals and objectives.
What best-practices have you seen/experienced for all-hands meetings? I'm particularly interested in: * Cadence (monthly, quarterly) * Agenda (business metrics, product milestones, etc.)
While I know what I want to talk about in the first meeting, I'm struggling to understand what CEOs talk about in monthly all-hands (that seems to be a regular cadence from what I gather). Any guidance there would be greatly appreciated. In previous companies I've worked for we'd only have all-hands once a quarter at most.
