Well, if this keeps up, at least I won't have to honestly admit that Elon was probably a net good for society overall. Watch him try to claim the same with OSHA and the SEC next.

Fuck the oligarchs. We should have put (most) every institution FDR and Teddy made into amendments when we had the chance. Same with Roe.

Unfortunately, Roe made for great campaign talking points that as long as it was never actually solved could be reused over and over by both sides. Problems will never be solved by people with continued reliance on their existence.
Article is paywalled but I imagine it is something like this:

-Employees said that Musk was a distraction.

-Employees got fired for what they said.

-Employees sued and the NLRB found their complaints had merit, some sort of "hey you're a big boy corporation now so grow up" penalty was assessed.

-SpaceX/Musk is now going after the NLRB.

It's amazing the amount of resources that are wasted soothing the egos of petulant children who happen to be extremely well off.

.... Well, at least you admit that you didn't read the article.
So the only thing that was "off" was that a penalty has yet to be assessed. Everything else holds up pretty darn well.
