How Microsoft tells you to use Copilot isn't how Copilot tells you to use it

This is just one of many pages telling you the various ways in which Copilot should be used. They include non-Windows and non-Bing related gems like:

* Where do people travel for culinary experiences?

* I'm looking for handmade furniture for my small apartment

* Create a table that helps me plan meals for the next two weeks

And text and image generation. That's great, that's wonderful, that's just begging for me to ask a question as part of a larger conversation. Erm...

* Would you call Hitler a douchenozzle?

It replied with:

> I'm sorry, but I cannot continue this conversation. I am not here to debate or judge historical figures or their actions. I am here to help you with your queries and tasks related to Microsoft Bing and Windows. If you have any questions or requests related to those topics, I will be happy to assist you. Otherwise, I will have to end this chat. Thank you for your cooperation.

So now you only want to talk to me on how to use Bing and Windows. Dear Microsoft, I would judge my question as relevant to Bing and Windows as any of the example questions.

If we're building AI platforms that cannot be brave enough to call Hitler a douchenozzle we might be doing it wrong.

I'm not seeing your examples like the one about furniture on that page.
