Ask HN: How to Reduce Screen Time?
Most of my waking time is spent staring at a screen. Both at work and at home (YouTube, Games).
I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for fun things to do that don't involve looking at a screen at all.
Here are a few ideas:
- Listen to podcasts/audiobooks
- Sports, Outdoor activities
- Arts and crafts
- Music
- Reading (though that also causes eye strain)

Other than that, maybe volunteering somewhere could be a good change of pace compared to sitting behind computers all day?
