Any thoughts on this?
Can't access it without a Google account, so no thoughts really. You should ideally share it in such a way that it can be accessed without an account.
I could access it without an account, but I agree it's not a good place to put it.
We're currently working on the website. I'll post the article when it's ready. To be honest, I didn't want to come across as salesy, that's why I just shared the Google Docs for your feedback.
A few comments (I'm not in your target market, so they're not related to learning French):

Learning styles are pretty thoroughly debunked: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learning_styles. A variety of learning media is good for most people.

Google Docs is a weird place to put this. Why not on your website (which is not even linked from the document)? I'm guessing it's https://www.getfrenchclasses.com? This whole document could be a page there in a link/tab at the top, like "Why". You have some lorem ipsum in a couple of places on the website, "Laborum eu minim minim nostrud mollit esse", and "Lorem, ipsum dolor sit". Most of your social proof people are named "Emily Thompson" - the opposite of convincing social proof. The website is using the default Svelte favicon instead of its own. Most of the FAQ question answers are "Full Site Editing (FSE) is a feature in WordPress...". "undefined enrolled" in the courses.

Gap 4 is missing.
