Hello, fellow programmers!

Pair or mob programming sessions can be hard to organize.

You need to schedule it, get people together behind the same screen, or make a group call to get people together into the same screen-sharing session.

Because of such difficulties, teams have less number of pair or mob programming sessions than they need or would otherwise have.

What if you had an environment that already has all colleagues connected. The only thing that you would need to do to start a programming session is to share your screen and ask colleagues to look at it.

With that idea in mind, I've built an application called Vizor.video.

It connects your team through a virtual frosted glass. So that you and your colleagues can stay connected via video during the time when highly collaborative work is needed.

A colleague can share his screen at any moment starting a mob or a pair programming session.

No scheduling or calling is required.

Would such connectivity enable you to use mob/pair programming more often?

I appreciate your thoughts!
