[–] ooboe 2y ago ↗ Finding lead and now chromium in apple sauce that has poisoned hundreds in the US supports suspicion that lead chromate is the source. Lead chromate is frequently used in "economically motivated adulteration" of spices, notably cinnamon and tumeric.
