OTOH there are those who respond with the greatest empathy to the tragic fatal accidents that would have been preventable also.
God forbid he show that same emotional contrition in public forum like a disgraced Japanese executive – Toyota's CEO, for example, after the "unintended acceleration" deaths. [1]
