Ask HN: How to reach anyone technical at Cloudflare?

All I get from their support tickets are automated responses.

I've been having an issue where they'll send the javascript challenge responses to the wrong origin if the page has a <base> element in it with a different origin, and I just can't seem to be able to reach anyone at CloudFlare for them to fix their code.

Have enough upvotes here so the ceo/cto shows up.

Pay for enterprise.

Reply again to your support ticket to get picked up (worked for me after a few weeks).

good luck with that, we've got enterprise and have been waiting since November for any sort of technical help with a problem around R2

The Cloudflare Discord is pretty active. I've gotten engagement with product managers when having issues with products.
