Ask HN: How did Apple recruit top engineers as a startup back then?

Hello, I was wondering if some of the OGs here can help me find one of the first vacancies published by apple.

I need to gather some information about how apple and steve jobs tried to recruit the top engineers back in the first years when apple was still a little startup (pre 1980, maybe?)
