Ask HN: HN Returning "Sorry."

Apologies in advanced if this is not the right venue. However in the past 24 hours I’ve been getting a 403 Forbidden response with the text “Sorry.” on HN. I’ve never seen this before. HN works fine from my phone. Is this an error on HN side or is some issue happening on my side.

Is this a result of HN moving behind Cloudflare?

FYI this has been resolve. Thanks. It turns out my IP was blocked. I was initially concerned something fishy was going on between my computer and the internet.
