Why the auto business sucks

Kris: I am sorry but I can't see your screen. 22:08:22

Customer: I have awful credit from starting a business, but finally sold that business for quite a bit of money, make a decent salary and am ready to buy a car 22:08:34

Customer: I've chosen this one. 22:09:14

Customer: Is your company ready to set me up with credit? Or shall I go through my bank instead? 22:09:33

Customer: Not asking for credit at this point, simply asking who I should contact. 22:09:59

Customer: I have no intention of going to some dealership and dealing with a douchebag car dealer. I would prefer for this all to take place online. 22:10:34

Kris: I understand. You have some options, however I am not sure of for how long you will be able to avoid the dealership. 22:11:20

Customer: The only option (and i do mean the only option, because other companies have offered me this) is for me to go show my credit card, drivers license, and drive away with a car. 22:11:24

Kris: You can speak to your bank or credit union about possibility of purchasing a car, and they will be able to look at it, your credit, your revenue and make a decision about the loan and financing. 22:11:38

Customer: So Buick does not have in-house financing? 22:12:05

Customer: No Chevy Credit (like Hyundai or Honda or Toyota or Kia or Ford?) 22:12:47

Kris: You would have to speak to a finance representative from an actual dealership about that one. 22:13:00

Kris: I am sure you can just call. 22:13:30

Customer: Awesome. Let's have you set me up with someone from your corporate offices that deals with Chevy Credit. They can call me and set up a deal in the next week. 22:13:46

Customer: I'm not dealing with a dealership, they're just an in-between man 22:13:53

Customer: Why would I pay their salary? 22:14:15

Customer: So I want a car. Let's get it done. 22:15:13

Kris: I am very sorry to say that, however the only way that can be done, is by speaking to a dealership. 22:15:33

Customer: Yep.....buying a foreign car. That really sucks. I want this car 22:15:50

Customer: I have 3 foreign makes that are willing to deliver to my door. 22:16:36
