Tool for reporting and tracking sites which are using tile.openstreetmap.org servers but not attributing OpenStreetMap.
Following OSM data license (that effectively makes necessary to attribute OpenStreetMap, in way visible to user) is necessary in general. But enforcing it is much easier when someone who violates OpenStreetMap license also uses also OpenStreetMap servers.
