hard to find IRL because it costs a lot. you have to pay them when they are not er.. working. you have to pay expenses. you have to buy both weapons and ammo, and make sure those weapons are destroyed and gone after each hit. the hitman will require support id est people following the target day and night for weeks so you and the hitman know when to er... hit. exfiltring your hitman. etc.
it takes a lot of people to have this to work. and money. and of course, the police, the government and all intelligence agencies are on the lookout for you.
i wonder what would be worse than being charged with the conspiracy; perhaps meeting up with a spook who has mutual interests but chooses to exploit your contact to futher themselves and, have a patsy. culminating in being charged with the conspiracy.
