Ask HN: Prolifiration of Treatment Scam on YouTube

I've noticed a significant increase in treatment scam ad videos on YouTube for diabetes, vision, foot problem, etc. Ads look and sound the same: a robotic voice tells you about a miracle treatment to cure XYZ. There are so many of them, that I see at least few a day. They are obviously scam and pray on unsuspected & elderly people. Feels like this is US phone scams epidemic all over again and nothing will be done by Google/YouTube.
