Show HN: Visualizing accessibility in Singapore using isochrone maps (reachable.sg)

An isochrone map depicts the area accessible from a point within a certain time threshold. It helps people understand how accessible a given location is.

Using public transit data and API provided by OpenTripPlanner, I built an application that generates the isochrone maps of any given location in Singapore. It also displays point of interests, like supermarkets, parks and public transit stations to help users understand the amenities around their location of interest.
