A great organization would like some help with some outstanding technical challenges that will help further their open source research mission. Some cool asks for image analysis and signals processing as well as managing large datasets and semantic search.

It's the most impressive investigative work I have ever read. One can only imagine the capabilities of nation state actors if an NGO is capable of this.
