Most likely those running the Android and ChromeOS distributions, and WSL.

If it lands on mobile phones, you can flash Linux distros on the phone (you'd lose proprietary drivers for proprietary hardware like cameras and fingerprint sensors, but it's better than nothing).

It's not a mobile phone chip. But yeah the previous generation is on its way upstream, so probably some common content.

Maybe those oryon cores will end up in the next generation phone chip?

Qualcomm X elite might be might thing happened to CPUs in last decade or so. Apple's M series chips are so revolutionary but hardwired to Apple's experience hardware and Mac. Qualcomm can finally bring performance to windows and linux with so many different laptop vendors.
