My work life feels very organized but personal life is a mess. I've been thinking that utilizing tools like JIRA and SDLC processes might help me manage the chaos.

I use trello for "personal todo list". Shared with my wife, it helps to keep track of "house projects" we have in the work.
I use a combination of Trello and the iOS Reminders app to organize everything. Trello is helpful for brainstorming different categories of tasks. The Reminders app is a simple way to schedule action items.
I use notion. Although the mobile experience is terrible.
