I am a bit sad with the timeline, it's "by 2026", why not just say "any material produced after April 2024" or so?
It's also as usual to be seen how/where it really applies, whether it is enforced, etc...
However, this right there IFF it lives up to the promise, should be what market liberals should love, shouldn't it? Make sure the playing field is level, and that customers get actual information (not just lies) to make their decisions.
