Ask HN: Are there any human blood tissue FT libraries out there?

Looking to spear-head turning off breast cancer cells using low-frequency ultrasound (there is a 510(k) substantial equivalent!); would like to know if there are any repos with biovascular tissue filters pre-designed for the frequency analysis of the plasma membrane acoustic transductions?
