Thesis Topic Suggestions for CS

I am currently in my final year of pursuing an MSc in Computer Science and am seeking suggestions from this community. While I've consulted my supervisor and received some topic ideas, they were mostly theoretical. Though I'm comfortable with theory, I'm also keen on applying these concepts practically.

My theoretical interests in Computer Science include Data Structures and Complex Algorithms, though I'm aware this is a broad area. Professionally, I work as a system administrator and have interests in networking, security, kernel development, and embedded systems. I'm looking for a research topic that allows me to apply my theoretical knowledge in these practical areas. I understand that my interests are not overly specific and that there could be numerous ways to integrate these fields, but I'm eager to hear any suggestions you might have.
