How to make a text only browser for iPhone?

I read on internet extensively.I use violoncello app to access this and other websites. This named app is a text only browser but it requires safari app to be allowed from the content blocker in screeen time app. If I disable the Safari from that app Violoncello gives error and doesn't load pages. My reason to have a only text browser and disable safari is that this safari app has a bug which enables user to access undesirable websites despite restrictions.

so I want to create a text-only browser IPA for my personal use that works with safari disabled either by apple configurator or screen time app .

I am not an app developer but generally aware individual who would understand if guided step by step broadly.

All browsers on iOS must use WebKit which is the rendering engine from Safari.

If you wanted to make an app for your own usage you might be able to do something with a $99 developer account and keep the app for your own private usage.

But you can use WebKit, yet provide a text-only browser. A custom stylesheet that uses !important (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/important) about everywhere may already get you fairly close.
