Decrease how i feel as a customer?
I agree with the comment from stop50. I feel like, companies make it difficult for me to get in touch with a real person which can actually help me solve my problem.
Yeah! Companies should make it easy to reach out to a real person for technical issues and related matters.

Having a chatbot for communication with customers is much cheaper than having a real person for handling support. However, companies should make it easy for customers to reach out to a real person as well for issues related to technicalities and all.
ChatGPT is a chatbot and it helped me learn many new things
Yeah, it has helped millions of people to learn new things. I also use it for paraphrasing and sometimes for translation.
- Sometimes when online dictionaries and translators didn't work, I was able to get good translations from CoPilot (Bing ChatGPT). (Korean <--> English)

- Kagi's AI features are surprisingly handy:

- Summarize the content of YouTube videos (much faster than (re)watching).

- Summarize the content of search results, resulting in a basic answer to a question.

- Summarize the content of a long article/web page.

Yeah! I also use this for writing articles and translation
