I've been using Zed for a while, alongside Xcode and nvim. It's really snappy and the vi bindings are decent, support for Rust and TS is pretty great out of the box but not so great for the other languages I use (Swift).
I'm quite excited to see this UI framework open-sourced, as I guess many people are.
