Status of AI for Business

I manage a small team and we use ChatGPT and MSFT Copilot.

What another apps that are not industry-specific are used today in back office administration/ knowledge workers?

I'd like to be ahead of trends and development, but aside from ChatBot and sales/marketing tools, I don't see much.

Related question: any AI-powered ERP(s) out there?
