I used to live in Houston. It was always amazing to me how, regardless of what engineers and city planners came up with, mother nature just wins and you get flooding. I think there is only so much you can do when you turn dirt, which takes in and absorbs water, into concrete across a city the size of Houston.

Hopefully everyone is staying safe and heeding the warnings. Our thoughts are with ya'll.
