It's common in the IT industry for a non-technical person to become the lead. For instance, Andre Jassy built AWS from ground up. I was wondering if teams in aerodynamics can have the same dynamics.

Funny how phrasing can work towards persuasion. The post had me feeling pretty damn anti-DEI as I read it -- right until it dropped the n-word in the last para. That made me realise DEI policies had ostensibly fired a person who clearly shouldn't be working in a multinational company.

OFC it doesn't help that it's a Gab post linked by someone with no real truth incentive. The whole thing falls apart at the end, like some 4chan greentext fiction written to provoke, not reflect.
