The map layout could be improved a bit to highlight the larger offenders.
I imagine there are a large number of these facilities where the flare has gone out and they are just venting methane straight into the open air.
They need to get the public more involved to help find these places .. because I imagine we could cut a significant amount of emissions by just poking the right people and saying "hey, maybe you want to re-light the flare at your facility"
